WE ARE HIRING | HEAD – GENETIC LABORATORY A leading healthcare organization is looking for an experienced Head – Genetic Laboratory to lead and drive its Genetic Diagnostics & Molecular Diagnostics function. 📍 Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai 🔬 Key Responsibilities • Lead scientific & technical operations across Genetics, Genomics, Molecular Diagnostics, NGS & Cytogenetics • Oversee genetic testing, assay validation, implementation and quality • Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across molecular biology, cytogenetics, bioinformatics and genetic counselling • Establish and oversee Genetic Counselling services • Ensure compliance with NABL, CAP, NABH, ICMR and relevant quality standards • Drive laboratory expansion, new testing panels, clinical collaborations and research initiatives • Work closely with clinicians, hospitals and healthcare professionals 🎓 Ideal Profile • PhD / MD in Medical Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or equivalent • 10–15+ years of experience in Clinical Genetics, Genetic Testing or Molecular Diagnostics • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience • Strong expertise in NGS, Cytogenetics & Molecular Assays • Exposure to Genetic Counselling and clinical interpretation • Strong understanding of ACMG, ACGS, CAP, NABL, NABH & ICMR guidelines • Experience managing multidisciplinary scientific teams and laboratory operations 🌟 Senior professionals from Clinical Genetics, Genomics, Molecular Diagnostics, Molecular Pathology and Genetic Testing are encouraged to connect. 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV on ( ashwathiaastral@gmail.com) or DM me for further details.
