WE’RE HIRING | MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATE/SPECIALIST– STEM CELL THERAPY Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: 4–5 years Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech. or equivalent Application Deadline :20 October 2026 Key Responsibilities • Execute GMP-compliant manufacturing activities for stem cell/iPSC-derived cell therapy products. • Perform and document manufacturing activities in accordance with approved SOPs, batch manufacturing records, and GMP requirements. • Support cell culture, differentiation, expansion, harvesting, formulation, cryopreservation, and related manufacturing processes. • Ensure adherence to aseptic processing and contamination control practices in a sterile manufacturing environment. • Support process optimization, scale-up, process characterization, and technology transfer activities. • Participate in manufacturing investigations, deviations, CAPA, change controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborate closely with QA, QC, Process Development, Engineering, and Regulatory teams. • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with GxP and data integrity requirements. • Support facility, equipment, and manufacturing readiness activities as required.What We’re Looking For • 4–5 years of relevant experience in GLP, GMP, or GxP-regulated environments, preferably within sterile manufacturing, cell therapy, or advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs). • M.Sc., M.Tech., or equivalent qualification in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline. • Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and/or stem cell culture. • Good understanding of aseptic processing, GMP documentation, and controlled manufacturing environments. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and data integrity. • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. ⭐ Added Advantage Experience in cell and gene therapy / ATMP manufacturing or product testing, along with familiarity with regulatory expectations for biologics and cell therapy products, will be highly valuable.
