We are offering a PhD position to carry out your research in CAR-T immunotherapy for the treatment of solid tumors! Institut d’Investigacions Biomèdiques August Pi i Sunyer (IDIBAPS) (Barcelona) has opened a call for 𝐏𝐡𝐃 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, linked to the 2025 Knowledge Generation Projects funded by the Agencia Estatal de Investigación. ‼️ One of these positions is associated with my project: “miRNA-regulated logic-gated multispecific CAR-T cells to overcome tumor heterogeneity and stromal barriers in solid tumors” 🧬 The research will be carried out within the Cellular Immunotherapies for Cancer group, led by Dr. Sonia Guedan, and will focus on developing new CAR-T cell therapy strategies to overcome some of the challenges associated with treating solid tumors. We are preferably looking for someone with: 🔹 A Master’s degree in Biomedicine, Immunology, or a related field. 🔹 Previous research experience in immunology and/or cell therapy, including T-cell culture, CAR-T cell development, flow cytometry, or related techniques. 🔹 Scientific curiosity, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills. 📄 It is essential to 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 specified in the call.
