𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱:
𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 – 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀: 01 Position | Location: New Delhi | Reports to: Managing Director, WIN
Essential Qualifications: Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related scientific/engineering discipline (Ph.D. in a relevant field strongly preferred).
Professional Experience: Typically 15+ years of relevant experience, with significant expertise in end-to-end grants management, life sciences R&D, translational research, innovation programmes, technology development, research funding, or ecosystem development.
Core Focus & Scope: Provide strategic and operational leadership for WIN’s Life Sciences portfolio; lead COE governance, multi-year roadmaps, R&D proposal calls, milestone-based grant management, and translational pathways (Biotechnology, MedTech/Healthtech, Therapeutics, Synthetic Biology, Genomics, and Advanced Biomanufacturing).
𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄: Oversee portfolio development, technology maturation/translation, IP & commercialisation, institutional partnerships, and senior-level engagement with government ministries, industry, research institutions, and philanthropic funders.
