Immediate hiring Aragen Hyderabad Biology-Cell Engineering-Reagent Generation (Dept)

Position: Research associate (P1 level)
Qualification: MSc/MTech in any of the applied biological sciences (Eg., Biotechnology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry etc.)
Experience: Masters with 2-4 years in an academic or industrial set up

Technical Skill sets:
·      Stable cell line generation using CHO, HEK293 and other cancer cell-lines using standard methods.
·      Stable cell line generation by Lentiviral methods
·      Cell line analysis by Western, FACS, RT-PCR technique
·      QC analysis of the cell lines by various methods
·      Antibody generation by Hybridoma technique
·      Understanding of molecular biology basics
·      Well versed in the current and future trends in the Cell engineering and field
·      Strong communication skills
