Desired experience of (10 to 12) and (15-20) years on large molecule bioanalytical (monoclonal antibodies, ADCs, therapeutic proteins and peptides). Expert in using ligand binding assays (ELISA, ECLIA and other high-throughput platforms), cell based assays and LC/MS-MS for determination of PK, PD, Immunogenicity and neutralizing antibody.
