We are looking for a motivated and skilled Research Associate – Formulation R&D to join our team. 📍 Position: Research Associate/Sr.Research Associate– Formulation R&D 📍 Location: Hinjewadi, Pune 💼 Experience: [4-6 Years] 🎓 Qualification: M. Pharm Key Responsibilities • Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations • Conduct laboratory trials and formulation experiments • Perform evaluation and characterization of formulations • Support scale-up and technology transfer activities • Prepare development reports, protocols, and other technical documentation • Troubleshoot formulation and process-related challenges • Coordinate with Analytical, IPQA, Production, and other cross-functional teams • Ensure compliance with applicable GMP and R&D procedures Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates with: ✅ Hands-on experience in formulation development ✅ Good understanding of pharmaceutical excipients and dosage forms ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ✅ Good documentation and communication skills ✅ Ability to work effectively in a team environment 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV at: nkadam@centaur.co.in
