Candidate requirements Must have passed the FSSAI Food Analyst Examination. Please mention the examination year and provide the relevant certificate. Relevant postgraduate qualification in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline. Experience in food analysis, laboratory quality control, and analytical result interpretation is preferred. Knowledge of FSSAI testing methods, food standards, and ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory practices. Experience with instruments such as HPLC, GC, LC-MS/MS, or ICP-OES will be an added advantage. Key responsibilities Perform and supervise food testing, review analytical results, maintain technical records, support method validation and quality assurance, and contribute to accurate and timely reporting.
