In this two year program, you will become a fundamental part of our investment team: driving research into emerging industries and helping identify the most promising startups. The program offers direct exposure to founders, and full involvement in the investment process from start to finish.

You’ll become a fundamental part of our investment team, driving research into emerging industries and helping identify the most promising startups. The programme offers direct exposure to founders, full involvement in investment processes, and innovation projects.

Who We’re Looking For

2-5 years’ experience, exceptional achievers.

You have 2–5 years of experience, or equivalent real-world achievements that show a habit of doing hard things exceptionally well. We care less about the name of your employer and more about the signal that you are exceptional. We’re looking for relentless curiosity, hustle, contrarian thinking, and creative entrepreneurship.
