Hiring: Head of R&D — Hyderabad We’re looking for an R&D leader for a growing CDMO with its research centre in Hyderabad. The company today makes intermediates for crop protection products. The next chapter is diversification into specialty chemicals — paints and coatings, home care, personal care — and this role will lead that build-out. What the role covers: Own the R&D function end to end: process development, scale-up, tech transfer to plant Build and lead the specialty chemicals programme from concept to commercialisation Strengthen the existing agrochemical intermediates pipeline Build and mentor a senior scientific team What we’re looking for: Hands-on depth across both agrochemical intermediates and specialty chemicals Proven experience heading an R&D function, ideally in a CDMO or custom synthesis setup PhD in Organic / Process Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Someone who has taken products from lab to plant, not just lab to report Based in Hyderabad.
