We are Hiring for a Biomedical Image Analysis Scientist at Aganitha!

Are you passionate about using AI and Computer Vision to unlock secrets within cellular and tissue data?
Join our interdisciplinary team to develop advanced image processing solutions that accelerate drug discovery and impact lives. Work at the intersection of biology, AI, and deep learning to transform how we analyze complex biomedical data.

What you’ll do:
– Develop and optimize AI/ML algorithms (CNNs, Transformers, Diffusion models) for biomedical image analysis.
– Work with multi-modal datasets, including histopathology slides, fluorescence, and bright-field microscopy.
– Design automated workflows for image segmentation, classification, and feature extraction.
– Collaborate with biologists and chemists to integrate imaging data with omics and molecular datasets.
– Build scalable pipelines for image preprocessing and model deployment.

What we’re looking for:
– PhD or Master’s in Biomedical Engineering, Computational Biology, CS, or a related field.
– Deep experience in Brightfield/Fluorescent microscopy and biomedical image analysis.
– Hands-on expertise with Python, PyTorch (or TensorFlow), OpenCV, and scikit-image.
– Proven ability to handle 3D/volumetric data and histopathology datasets.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation-rich research.
