🎓 Qualification: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics / Industrial Pharmacy)

Hiring – IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) – Formulation

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Review IP landscape, FTO & non-infringement analysis
🔹 Develop strategies for patent non-infringement & invalidation
🔹 Support R&D on design-around strategies for P-IV & NCE products
🔹 Handle patent filings, certifications & ANDA litigations
🔹 Collaborate with local attorneys & manage team execution
