I’m excited to share an opportunity to join our Corporate Technical Training team, where we drive capability building, compliance excellence, and a culture of continuous learning across our organization.

We are looking for a Manager / Sr. Manager – GxP Training, a dynamic professional passionate about designing and implementing effective learning strategies in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Leading GxP & technical learning initiatives across manufacturing sites
✅ Driving compliance-based training programs and audit readiness
✅ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance learning impact
✅ Leveraging digital tools and analytics for learning effectiveness

Who you are:

1. Strong background in GxP / Quality / Technical Training (pharma industry preferred)
2. Hands-on experience with LMS and learning technologies
3.Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate
