Job Post for Patent firm who are willing to hire highly qualified & experienced candidate: Senior Patent Associate / Associate Partner

About the Candidate:
We are pleased to present our candidate profile an experienced Patent Professional with 12+ years in Intellectual Property law. He has a strong background in patent drafting, prosecution, oppositions, searches, and client representation across diverse technical domains.

Key Highlights:
Reviewing & drafting FER responses (IPO, US, EP).
Conducting novelty, patentability, and invalidation searches.
Supervising and reviewing team outputs.

Previous Roles:
1- Drafted patent applications (electronics, mechanical, IT), handled FERs, oppositions, and client communication.
2- Represented clients before the Controller.
3- Experience with PCT, divisional, convention, and foreign filings.
4- Patent searching, drafting, FER responses, application filings, and hearing responses.

2- Patentability, Novelty, & Invalidation Searches
3- FER, SER & Office Action Responses
4- Pre-grant & Post-grant Oppositions

Education:
B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering – St. Margaret Engineering Technical College, Rajasthan Technical University (2012).

Preferred Role:
Senior Patent Associate / Associate Partner position in a reputed IP law firm.
Open to roles involving drafting, prosecution, oppositions, patent searches, and client representation.
