We’re looking for an experienced Senior Scientist – Bioinformatics with expertise in developing and optimizing NGS analysis pipelines across multiple applications, including Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS), RNA-Seq, Metagenomics, Small RNA, and GBS.

🔬 What You’ll Do
• Develop and optimize NGS analysis pipelines
• Analyze and interpret large-scale genomic datasets
• Automate bioinformatics workflows
• Collaborate on cutting-edge genomics projects
• Deliver high-quality data analysis for diverse research applications

🎓 Who We’re Looking For
✔ 7-8 years of experience in Bioinformatics
✔ MSc / M.Tech / PhD in Bioinformatics
✔ Strong programming skills in Python, PHP, J Query & MySQL
✔ Hands-on experience with WGS, RNA-Seq, Metagenomics, Small RNA & GBS workflows
