We’re looking for an experienced Senior Scientist – Bioinformatics with expertise in developing and optimizing NGS analysis pipelines across multiple applications, including Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS), RNA-Seq, Metagenomics, Small RNA, and GBS.
π¬ What You’ll Do
β’ Develop and optimize NGS analysis pipelines
β’ Analyze and interpret large-scale genomic datasets
β’ Automate bioinformatics workflows
β’ Collaborate on cutting-edge genomics projects
β’ Deliver high-quality data analysis for diverse research applications
π Who We’re Looking For
β 7-8 years of experience in Bioinformatics
β MSc / M.Tech / PhD in Bioinformatics
β Strong programming skills in Python, PHP, J Query & MySQL
β Hands-on experience with WGS, RNA-Seq, Metagenomics, Small RNA & GBS workflows
