We are thrilled to announce that our dynamic research group is expanding! We are currently seeking a highly motivated Research Associate / Project Assistant to join us at the prestigious Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru.

🎯 Position Details:
Role: Research Associate / Project Assistant
Location: IISc, Bengaluru
Duration: Initially for 1 year (extendable based on performance & project requirements)
Remuneration: As per IISc norms
🎓 Who We Are Looking For:
Education/Experience: Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of research experience after a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biophysics, or related disciplines; OR a PhD in a relevant area.
Core Hands-On Skills: Demonstrated experience in mammalian cell culture techniques and preliminary animal handling/work (in compliance with ethical guidelines).
⭐ Desirable Qualifications:
Prior experience in microscopy, imaging, or related experimental techniques 🔬
Strong familiarity with laboratory safety and good lab practices 🥽
Ability to maintain clear documentation and perform basic data analysis 📊
Excellent organizational and communication skills 🗣️
📋 Core Responsibilities:
Conduct and meticulously maintain cell culture experiments.
Assist in animal-related experimental work as required.
Actively contribute to ongoing research activities within the group.
