— Molecular cloning and construct validation
— CRISPR-based genome editing
— Recombinant protein expression in E. coli, Pichia pastoris and Bacillus
— Optimize expression conditions and
troubleshoot experiments

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆:
— MSc in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or Life Sciences with 2+ years experience
— OR Fresh PhD in a relevant discipline
— Hands-on experience in cloning, CRISPR and protein expression systems
