SNPcode Private Limited, a growing genomics and biotechnology company, is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to join our team.

📌 Position: Inside Sales Manager

📍 Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

🎯 Experience: 2–3 Years

🔬 Key Responsibilities:

·      Identify and develop new business opportunities in genomics and life sciences.

·      Generate leads and manage customer inquiries through calls, emails, and digital platforms.

·      Engage with academic institutions, research laboratories, biotechnology companies, and healthcare organizations.

·      Promote NGS services with Illumina and Oxford Nanopore sequencing, and bioinformatics services.

·      Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and drive customer conversions.

·      Maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.

·      Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Genetics, Microbiology, or related disciplines.

·      2–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or technical sales, preferably in genomics or life sciences.

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·      Basic understanding of NGS technologies and genomic applications will be an advantage.

·      Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
