If you are a quality-focused professional who can seamlessly balance hands-on laboratory expertise with strategic team leadership, this is your opportunity to shape the future of biopharma. 🔬 Role Overview Designation: Manager / Senior Manager – Quality Control (Bioassays) Business Unit: Advanced Biologics (ADCs & Gene Therapy) Experience: 12 to 15 years of deep expertise within Biologics Quality Control 🎯 Technical Core Competencies Mandatory Expertise: Extensive, hands-on experience in Cell-Based Bioassays. Strong, proven expertise in Ligand Binding Assays. Preferred Technical Additions: Deep exposure to molecular biology techniques, specifically: ELISA, PCR, and ddPCR. 📜 Quality & Compliance Standards Comprehensive mastery of global Quality Systems and GMP practices.
