Research Associate / Junior Scientist (2-3 years’ experience) Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Bioprocess. Responsibilities: Experimental execution, culture work, screening, analytics, and data handling. 2. Technical Assistant – Fermentation(1-2 year experience) Qualification: B.Sc./B.Tech.; M.Sc. preferred. Responsibilities: Routine culture banking, media preparation, sterilisation, fermentor support, and record maintenance. 3. Research Trainee – Microbial Fermentation (0-1 year experience) Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech. in a relevant discipline. Responsibilities: Supervised research, sampling, assays, and data analysis.
