Job Title: Molecular Biology Scientist / Protein Expression Specialist Educational qualification- M.Sc./M.Tech./M.Pharma with minimum 2 years’ experience. Location: Bengaluru Work Arrangement ·       Flexible Hours: We operate on a trust-based, results-oriented model—no restricted working hours, no attendance tracking, and no log-in/log-out formalities. What matters is delivering quality work on time and meeting project deadlines ·       Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically to attend scientific conferences and visit client sites as needed Required Qualifications (Must-Have) ·       Molecular Cloning: Proven expertise in infusion/RE based cloning techniques ·       Plasmid Design Software: Proficiency in using software tools for plasmid design and sequence analysis (e.g., Benchling, SnapGene, Geneious, or similar) ·       Gene Design for Synthesis: Experience in designing genes optimized for synthesis and expression ·       Protein Expression in E. coli: Hands-on experience with bacterial protein expression systems, including optimization and purification ·       Mammalian Cell Culture: Strong skills in handling mammalian cell lines, transfection, and cell maintenance ·       Stable Cell Line Generation: Demonstrated experience in creating and characterizing stable cell lines for protein production ·       Analytical tool- HPLC and AKTA etc. Desirable Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) ·       Experience in yeast protein expression systems (Pichia pastoris, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, or similar) ·       Knowledge of protein purification and characterization techniques ·       Familiarity with CRISPR/Cas9 or other genome editing technologies ·       Previous experience in a client-facing or contract research role How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their CVs to info@eviogen.com.
