We’re Hiring — Research Associate & Senior Research Associate (Chemistry) Location: Hyderabad, India Presude is a growing CRO/CDMO offering integrated medicinal chemistry, process chemistry, discovery biology, and DMPK/toxicology services to global pharma and biotech partners. We are expanding our chemistry team and are looking for driven scientists with hands-on CRO experience in synthetic and organic chemistry. Research Associate (RA) Experience: 1–3 years Requirements: M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or related discipline 1–3 years of hands-on experience in synthetic/organic chemistry, preferably in a CRO/CDMO environment Strong grasp of core organic reactions, multi-step synthesis, and purification/characterization techniques (TLC, column chromatography, NMR, LC-MS) Good documentation and lab-notebook practices Ability to work independently on assigned synthetic targets and meet project timelines Responsibilities: Execute multi-step organic synthesis in support of client discovery/medicinal chemistry programs Maintain accurate experimental records and contribute to technical reports Troubleshoot reactions and optimize routes under guidance of senior chemists Senior Research Associate (SRA) Experience: 3–5 years Requirements: M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or related discipline 3–5 years of CRO/CDMO experience in synthetic and organic chemistry, with a track record of independent project execution Demonstrated expertise in route design, reaction optimization, and scale-up considerations Strong analytical skills (NMR, LC-MS, HPLC) and experience mentoring junior chemists Experience interfacing with client timelines/deliverables is a plus Responsibilities: Independently design and execute synthetic routes for medicinal/process chemistry projects Mentor RAs and junior team members; review their data and lab practices Support project leads with technical planning, troubleshooting, and client-facing documentation To Apply Please send your CV to business@presude.com with the position title in the subject line.
