If you have 4+ years in CRO / Drug Discovery and your hands speak qPCR, Flow, CRISPR, and Virology – this is for you. *Company:* TheraIndx Lifesciences – Drug Discovery CRO *Role:* Research Scientist / Sr Research Scientist in Cell Biology & Molecular Biology *Experience:* Minimum 4+ years in Drug Discovery or CRO *What You Will Do:* – Design & execute cell culture, gene expression, protein quantification, signal transduction studies – Cell-based assays: Viability, Proliferation, Cytotoxicity, Reporter gene assays – Flow Cytometry for cell sorting & analysis – Molecular biology: qPCR, Western Blotting, ELISA, CRISPR/Cas9, RNA interference, Immunofluorescence – In vitro virology: Mammalian cell culture, viral infection/propagation, antiviral assays & viral quantification – Data analysis with statistical methods & detailed reporting – In vivo: Rodent models & pharmacological assays *Qualifications:* PhD / http://M.Sc. in Biology or related field Must have hands-on with rodent models + cell / mol bio + virology *How to Apply:* Send CV to: *bd@theraindx.com* Website: http://www.theraindx.com
