We’re Hiring | Senior Manager – Utilities | Pharmaceutical Formulations (OSD) Rubicon Research Limited is looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Manager – Utilities to lead the Utilities function at our Pharmaceutical Formulations (OSD) manufacturing facility in Ambernath. We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong expertise in utility operations, maintenance, project execution, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. 🔹 Position: Senior Manager – Utilities 🔹 Industry: Pharmaceutical Formulations (OSD) – Mandatory 🔹 Experience: 15+ Years 🔹 Qualification: B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation 🔹 Preference: Immediate Joiners 🔹Work location: Ambernath Key Responsibilities & Technical Expertise: The incumbent will be responsible for leading the Utilities function, ensuring reliable, compliant, and uninterrupted utility operations, including: • Boiler & Steam Generation Systems • Chiller & Cooling Tower Systems • Purified Water (PW) & Water for Injection (WFI) Systems, wherever applicable • Nitrogen Generation Plant & Compressed Air Systems • HVAC Systems & Air Handling Units (AHUs) • DG Sets & Power Distribution Systems • Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) & Water Treatment Plant (WTP) • Fire Protection & Building Utility Systems What We Are Looking For: ✔ Proven experience in handling utility operations, preventive and breakdown maintenance. ✔ Strong exposure to utility-related projects, installations, commissioning, and qualification. ✔ Ability to lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians. ✔ Hands-on experience in regulatory audits and inspections (USFDA / MHRA / WHO, etc.). ✔ Strong understanding of GMP requirements, utility validation, qualification, and documentation. ✔ Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated profiles at: srinivasa.tirunalla@rubicon.co.in Email Subject: Lead Utilities – Formulation We are keen to connect with experienced Utilities professionals from the Pharmaceutical Formulations (OSD) industry who are ready to take up a leadership opportunity.
