Senior Scientist – Formulation Development

Globallux is scaling its Formulation R&D function – and we’re looking for a Senior Scientist to own complex product development for Generic, Value-Added Generic, and 505(b)(2) programs targeting USFDA, EMA, and global markets. If you’re ready to lead end-to-end formulation development and drive tech transfers with confidence, this is your role. What You’ll Bring ◽ 5-10 years of hands-on formulation development experience (OSD; injectables/oral liquids a strong plus) ◽ Mastery of QbD, DoE, risk assessment, scale-up, and process optimization ◽ Proven tech-transfer leadership – CMO evaluation, coordination, and shop-floor troubleshooting ◽ Strong regulatory fluency: ICH, USFDA, EMA expectations and health-authority responses ◽ Exceptional documentation: PDRs, protocols, BE strategy, and regulatory queries ◽ Ability to independently plan, execute, and deliver programs on timeline and budget ◽ Mentorship mindset with sharp stakeholder-management skills   📍 Location: On Site, Navi Mumbai (Rabale) ✉️ Apply: ashish.makwana@globalluxrx.com Passionate about complex generics, nanotechnology, oncology formulations, and global product launches?
