Hiring: Venture Development Lead | Encure Biotherapeutics (Houston, USA) Part-time to start → clear path to full-time, with founder-level equity Help shape Encure’s capital strategy, biopharma alliances and the programs that come out of our platform. What makes Encure different: Most AI discovery platforms optimize the molecule first and solve delivery later. SWATI-AI designs the therapeutic, its soft-matter delivery vehicle and its safety profile together. It is built to address delivery, formulation stability and bioavailability at the design stage. We’re building near the Texas Medical Center and looking for an entrepreneurial commercial partner to help turn this into strong investor syndicates and biopharma partnerships. What you’ll drive • Capital strategy: shape our seed financing and build relationships across biotech, deep-tech and AI funds • Biopharma partnerships: originate and structure research collaborations, co-development and licensing deals • New ventures: identify focused, indication-specific programs and help structure spin-outs Who should reach out An experienced biotech venture builder, BD/licensing executive or fundraising lead who has moved early-stage biology toward value inflection. • A track record of closing early-stage biotech rounds or BD/licensing deals • Fluency in drug delivery (LNPs, soft matter), computational platforms or translational oncology • Comfortable setting strategy and personally opening doors.
