Experience: 3+ Years

Position Overview
Technical Officer will be responsible for leading and overseeing all laboratory operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality output. The role demands strong leadership to manage lab managers, supervisors, and technicians while fostering a culture of performance, safety, and continuous improvement. This position is accountable for operational excellence, regulatory compliance, resource optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver best-in-class laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across all laboratories to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all lab functions.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Lead, mentor, and manage lab managers, supervisors, and technicians to build a high-performance culture.
Drive initiatives for training, upskilling, and performance management of lab personnel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between lab operations and other business units.
Optimize resource allocation including equipment, consumables, and manpower to enhance efficiency.
Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.
Address escalations, resolve operational issues, and ensure smooth execution of lab activities.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates to ensure compliance and implement best practices.
