Job Description

We are hiring a Clinical Development Associate with 2–3 years of experience to support active IND-enabling programs at Utopia Therapeutics in Hyderabad. This role is closely aligned with ongoing IND preparation and involves hands-on coordination of GLP toxicology studies, CMC readiness, and regulatory documentation under senior scientific leadership.

Key Responsibilities include:
– Coordinating GLP toxicology studies with CROs, including study tracking, reports, and timelines
– Supporting CMC documentation, specifications, and data compilation for IND
– Assisting in the preparation of IND/CTA modules, focusing on nonclinical and CMC sections
– Managing cross-functional communication with R&D, QA, and external partners
– Maintaining regulatory-ready documentation and development trackers

Candidate Requirements:
– MS/MPharm/MSc in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology
– 2–3 years of experience in preclinical or clinical development support
– Hands-on exposure to GLP toxicology coordination, CMC documentation, or IND filings
– Strong documentation, organization, and follow-up skills
– Familiarity with CDSCO and/or US FDA IND processes is needed

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
