We are looking for a highly motivated and sincere Scientist who is passionate about translating science into impactful products. The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to develop innovative solutions in molecular diagnostics, particularly in the areas of infectious diseases, genetic disorders, and oncology. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to products that improve global healthcare access.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and optimize molecular biology assays (RT-PCR, qPCR, nucleic acid-based detection systems).
* Contribute to development of diagnostic kits for infectious diseases, genetic conditions, and cancers.
* Work on assay validation, analytical sensitivity/specificity, and performance optimization.
* Develop and refine protocols for sample processing, amplification, and detection.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and quality.
* Prepare scientific documentation, SOPs, validation reports, and regulatory submissions.
* Stay updated with advancements in molecular diagnostics and emerging technologies.
* Support product transfer from R&D to manufacturing scale.

Required Qualifications

* MSc / MTech / PhD in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field.
* Strong hands-on experience in RT-PCR/qPCR and nucleic acid techniques.
* Understanding of assay development, primer/probe design, and validation processes.
* Exposure to infectious disease diagnostics, oncology markers, or genetic testing is preferred.
* Good scientific writing and documentation skills.
