Founding Chief Scientific Officer (CSO)Core Leadership Team | Immortigen

Immortigen is building the Digital Clone of the Human Body—a living, evolving model of human biology powered by Agentic AI.

Our platform integrates multi-omics (Genomics, Transcriptomics, Proteomics, Metabolomics, Microbiome, Epigenetics), blood biomarkers, clinical data, and continuous physiological signals into a unified biological intelligence layer capable of understanding, predicting, and personalizing human biology in real time.

Our long-term vision is to build the Biological Operating System for Humans and fundamentally transform healthcare from reactive treatment to predictive, personalized biological intelligence.

We have spent the last 2.5+ years building the platform, launched commercially, onboarded clinical partners, and are now preparing for global expansion.What You’ll DoHelp build the Scientific Foundation of the Biological Operating System for Humans.

This isn’t a traditional CSO role.

• Lead the scientific vision behind the Digital Clone of the Human Body
• Build breakthrough technologies at the intersection of AI, genomics, multi-omics, and computational biology
• Design the next generation of biological intelligence systems
• Drive innovation across biological modeling, Digital Twins, and predictive biology
• Build and lead a world-class scientific team across genomics, bioinformatics, systems biology, and AI
• Publish, patent, and create novel scientific infrastructure that advances the frontier of biology

Given the nature of Immortigen, we are looking for a CSO with exceptional expertise in genomics, multi-omics, systems biology, and computational biology.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Deep expertise in Genomics, Transcriptomics, Proteomics, Metabolomics, Microbiome, and Epigenomics
• Strong understanding of Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, and Precision Medicine
• Extensive experience working with biological datasets and multi-omics analysis
• Experience building novel scientific products, algorithms, platforms, or research infrastructure
• Ability to bridge biology, AI, and product innovation

Multi-Omics Integration Expertise

The most important challenge at Immortigen is the integration of all biological layers into a unified Digital Twin of the Human Body.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in:

• Multi-omics integration frameworks
• Genomics analysis pipelines
• Transcriptomics analysis pipelines
• Proteomics analysis pipelines
• Metabolomics analysis pipelines
• Microbiome analysis pipelines
• Epigenomics analysis pipelines
• Biological data harmonization and normalization
• Cross-omics correlation and systems biology
• AI-driven biological modeling
• Longitudinal biological data analysis

We believe multi-omics integration is one of the most important unsolved problems in modern biology and sits at the core of Immortigen’s technological moat.Candidate Profile

We are looking for an exceptional scientific leader with the intellectual depth, ambition, and vision required to build a category-defining biotechnology company.Preferred Qualifications

• PhD, MD, MD-PhD, or equivalent advanced degree from world-class institutions such as Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Oxford, UCSF, ETH Zurich, or comparable globally recognized institutions
• Strong background in Genomics, Multi-Omics, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, Precision Medicine, Biotechnology, or AI for Biology
• Proven scientific leadership and research excellence
• Strong publication, patent, or product innovation record
• Experience leading multidisciplinary scientific teams
• Prior experience in biotech, genomics, precision medicine, pharmaceutical, deep-tech, or venture-backed environments
