We are looking for Biochemistry / Chemistry / Reagent Development Engineers (Freshers) to work on the development and optimization of diagnostic reagents, biochemical assays, and diagnostic instrument platforms used in Biochemistry, Immunoassay, and Hematology systems.

🔬 What You’ll Work On:
Develop and optimize diagnostic reagents and assay protocols.
Support calibration, linearity, and sensitivity studies.
Assist in ensuring reagent compatibility with diagnostic analyzers.
Perform stability and performance validation studies.
Support assay integration with instrument platforms.
Analyze assay-related issues and contribute to performance improvements.
Participate in clinical sample testing and result interpretation.
