Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with 9 to 12 years of proven experience in mAbs facility, Biologics. particularly within the Analytical Development.

Position: Manager

Job Description:
·      Should be a single point of contact for all physicochemical activities (Chromatography, LC/M & Electropherogram techniques)
·      Candidate should have good hands on and troubleshooting experience on Chromatography, LC/M & Electropherogram techniques) for biological products
·      Design scientific experiments for team members, review data and discuss results with cross-functional groups.
·      Should have prior working experience in CRDMO
·      Client management and managing client calls is mandate requirement and
·      Ensure all analytical activities are meeting as per the agreed time line
·      Prepare, Review of protocols, development reports, qualification documents and coordinate with cross functional team for timely review and approval.
·      Initiation, review and approval of change controls, Deviations, Investigations, OOS, OOT, OOL, CAPA and other QMS activities.
·      Upkeep the required stock of consumables for AD activities.
·      Coordination with internal, external stakeholders and aragen cross functional teams to meet the qualification milestones.
·      Monitor the Installation, Operational and performance qualification for AD equipment’s.
·      Overall adherence to the safe practices and procedures of oneself and the team aligned.
·      Promote the highest standards of quality, integrity, and compliance in the department.
