Location: Pune
Position: Officer / Executive / Senior Executive – DSP Microbial Manufacturing
Grade: E1 / E2 / E3
Experience: 2 – 10 years

Key Expertise:

• Hands-on experience in microbial downstream processing (DSP) and purification operations.
• Knowledge of protein purification techniques, including filtration, chromatography, TFF/DF and related DSP unit operations.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing operations, batch execution and documentation.
• Understanding of equipment qualification, process validation and technology transfer.
• Knowledge of QMS compliance, SOPs, deviation management and regulatory audit readiness.
• Ability to troubleshoot process-related issues and support yield improvement and operational excellence.
• Good teamwork, communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
