Opportunity at Lupin Limited, Biotechnology Division
Location: Pune
Position: Manager – DSP Microbial Manufacturing
Grade: M1/M2
Experience: 10–15 years
Key expertise:
- Hands-on experience in microbial DSP manufacturing and purification operations
- Process scale-up and technology transfer
- Equipment qualification, process validation and PPQ
- GMP manufacturing, QMS compliance and regulatory audit readiness
- Process troubleshooting, yield improvement and operational excellence
- Team management and cross-functional coordination
