Hiring Fresh Graduates: Bioengineering & Systems Biology (On-Site, Thanjavur).

I am helping a friend’s biotech startup in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, hire driven fresh graduates (BTech/MTech-Bio or Bioengineering, MS in Bio) with an entrepreneurial mindset for innovative micro-bot projects.

Essential skills include AI/ML and systems biology, paired with the flexibility to learn and execute hands-on wet lab work across bacterial engineering, mammalian cell culture, and preclinical models.
This is a strictly on-site role where you will step into a research facility to do real science from Day 1, receiving a competitive salary and equity.
