We’re looking for a senior Education Practice Leader to drive strategy, portfolio growth, partnerships, and delivery of large-scale education initiatives. 📍 Location: New Delhi / Gurgaon / Mumbai / Bengaluru ✈️ Travel: As required 💼 Experience: 15+ years 💰 CTC: ₹40–55 LPA 📌 Employment: Fixed-Term Contract Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic direction and growth of the Education Practice. Drive large-scale education programmes across multiple domains. Build and manage partnerships with government, foundations, philanthropies, multilaterals, academia and civil society. Lead business development, client relationships and high-impact engagements. Oversee P&L management, budgets, financial performance and portfolio growth. Represent the practice at sector forums and national/global platforms. Build, mentor and lead high-performing teams. What We’re Looking For 15+ years of experience in the education/social impact sector. Prior experience in the social sector is a must-have. Strong understanding of public education systems and government partnerships. Experience across multiple education domains, not just a single specialization. Strong exposure to philanthropic funders and senior ecosystem stakeholders. Proven experience in P&L/financial management and business development. Excellent strategic, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. Experience in consulting, multilaterals or ecosystem organisations is an advantage.
