QC Analyst – Cell and Gene Therapy

We’re Hiring: QC Analyst – Cell and Gene Therapy No. of Positions- 03 East Ocyon Bio is developing off-the-shelf CAR-NK cell therapies for cancer, and our Quality Control team is growing. We’re looking for three QC Analysts with hands-on lab experience who are careful about documentation. What you’ll do: 🔹 Test cell therapy products, viral vectors, raw materials and process samples against approved SOPs and specifications 🔹 Run cell-based assays, flow cytometry, qPCR/RT-qPCR and/or ELISA 🔹 Operate and maintain QC instruments, and acquire and analyse data 🔹 Keep accurate, traceable records in line with GDP 🔹 Support OOS/OOT and deviation investigations, method qualification and release testing 🔹 Work with Manufacturing, QA and R&D to keep batches moving on time What we’re looking for: ✅ 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a QC lab in biotech, biopharma, cell or gene therapy, or another regulated environment ✅ Practical experience in at least one of: cell culture-based assays, flow cytometry, qPCR/RT-qPCR or ELISA (more than one is a plus) ✅ Good working knowledge of GMP, GDP and data integrity ✅ M.Sc. / M.Tech / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry or a related field ⭐ Bonus: Skillset focused to CGT, CAR-T or CAR-NK QC testing; viability, purity or potency assays; LIMS Operations; ALCOA+ understanding and compliance. . 📍 Location: Gurugram, India 📩 To apply, send your CV to ravindra.bs@eastocyonbio.com with the subject line “QC Analyst – Cell Therapy” , Know someone who’d be a great fit?
