Job Opportunity Senior Executive – Microbial Fermentation & Microbiology Company: Ariv Biosciences Pvt. Ltd. Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Experience: 1–5 Years Qualification: M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Microbiology About the Role Ariv Biosciences Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a driven and skilled Senior Executive – Microbial Fermentation & Microbiology to join our R&D team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in upstream process development, culture maintenance, fermentation scale-up, and analytical microbiology. Key Responsibilities Fermentation & Upstream Processing: Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot lab-scale to pilot-scale fermenters for microbial culture production. Microbiological Techniques: Perform strain isolation, screening, maintenance, seed culture development, and master/working cell bank preparation. Process Optimization: Optimize fermentation parameters (pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, nutrient feed strategies) to enhance yield and productivity. Analytical Testing: Conduct periodic sampling, cell density checks, biomass estimation, assay testing, and Microscopic examination Documentation & Compliance: Maintain precise batch manufacturing records (BMR), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure adherence to cGMP/GLP standards. Key Qualifications & Skills Education: M.Sc. in Microbiology or Biotechnology. Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in microbial fermentation or industrial microbiology. Technical Expertise: Proficient in aseptic techniques and bench-top/pilot fermenter operations. Solid understanding of microbial physiology, media preparation, and sterilization principles. Attributes: Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with an eye for detail.
