📢 Bioinformatician Position Open 📢
We are looking for a bioinformatician to join our team in UMR1078 GGB and support statistical analyses of genetics and omics data from the UK Biobank.
Profile sought:
– Proficiency in Unix environments and programming languages such as Python and/or R, as well as pipeline management tools (e.g., Snakemake)
– Interest in research questions in biology and health
– Experience in genetics and/or omics data analysis
– Master’s degree (or recent PhD) in bioinformatics, quantitative genetics, or a related field
