Human Microbiome Research(HMR) Laboratory at BRIC-NIBMG in association with Sun Pharma Science Foundation, is organizing a 7-day National Hands-on Workshop on Microbiome Data Analysis for Clinical & Translational Research in Human Health. 📅 16–22 November 2026 📍 BRIC-NIBMG, Kalyani Designed for young researchers and clinicians, the workshop will provide practical training in analysing microbiome data and translating genomic insights into meaningful clinical research. 🔬 What can participants look forward to? 🔹 Hands-on training in 16S rRNA and shotgun metagenomic data analysis 🔹 Bioinformatics tools including Unix, R and QIIME2 🔹 Microbiome research in metabolic diseases, antimicrobial resistance and maternal-child health 🔹 Statistical analysis, study design and integration of clinical metadata 🔹 Opportunities to work with datasets and interact with researchers from different disciplines 👩🔬 Who can apply?
