WE’RE HIRING | PROJECT LEAD – BIOPHYSICS 📍 Location: Matunga, Mumbai 🎓 Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech. in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or a related discipline 💼 Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Are you passionate about biophysics and biopharmaceutical research? Join Mumbai BioCluster (ICT Mumbai Research Foundation) and contribute to the advanced characterization of biotherapeutics! 🧪 Key Responsibilities ▪️ Lead end-to-end execution of biophysical characterization projects. ▪️ Develop and implement analytical methods for peptides, monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and oligonucleotides. ▪️ Apply advanced techniques such as NMR, Fluorescence, Circular Dichroism (CD), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), and light scattering. ▪️ Ensure scientific documentation, laboratory operations, and Quality Management System (QMS) compliance. ▪️ Mentor team members and contribute to R & D initiatives, scientific publications, workshops, and conferences. 🔍 What We’re Looking For ✅ Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in biophysics or analytical research. ✅ Practical experience in biophysical characterization of biotherapeutics. ✅ Hands-on NMR data acquisition and spectral assignment experience will be an added advantage. ✅ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills. 🚀 Why Join Mumbai BioCluster?
