Dr. Sachidanand Singh, Associate Professor, Department of Biotechnology  Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat Motivated candidates interested in interdisciplinary biomedical research are invited to explore Ph.D. opportunities in the following themes: RESEARCH THEMES 1. Network Pharmacology Systems-level analysis of disease networks, target prioritization, pathway analysis, phytochemicals and natural products, drug repurposing, and multi-target therapeutic strategies. 2. Antimicrobial Peptide Informatics & Subtractive Genomics Computational design and screening of antimicrobial peptides; subtractive genomics for pathogen-target discovery; immunoinformatics, reverse vaccinology, and in-silico validation. 3. Molecular Dynamics & Drug Designing Molecular modelling and dynamics simulations, protein–ligand interaction analysis, binding-energy evaluation, structure-based drug design, and lead optimization.
