Job Description
I am looking for a postdoctoral fellow to join my lab, the Epigenetics & RNA Processing Lab at IISER Bhopal. The question: how does hypoxia in the tumour microenvironment reshape the epigenome, especially the switch between histone acetylation and lactylation, to switch on cancer-specific splice isoforms in triple-negative breast cancer? The project runs from chromatin to isoform: hypoxia models, chromatin profiling, splicing analysis, and functional validation. Who should apply: Candidates with a PhD in life sciences or a related area and at least one first-author publication (thesis-submitted candidates are also eligible). Experience in epigenetics, RNA processing, cancer metabolism, or NGS data analysis (R/Python) is a strong plus.
